Situated adjacent to the existing bank headquarters, this state-of-the-art facility is connected via a striking 170-foot glue-laminated wood sky bridge. Inside, the Operations Center accommodates approximately 125 employees, offering multiple offices, large training and conference rooms, expansive open work areas, and a dedicated childcare facility. Each space was thoughtfully designed to boost productivity, encourage teamwork, and support employee well-being. The overall layout reflects a commitment to both form and function, ensuring that staff have the resources and environment necessary for success.
