Flynco completed the nearly 26,000-square-foot Holland-Waller Center at Harding University, a facility designed to support multiple academic departments and programs under one roof. The building now hosts the History and Political Science Department, Foreign Languages and International Studies Department, the ROTC program, and the Institute for International Education. Additionally, it houses International Student Services, the China and East Asia Program, and the Walton International Scholarship Program. State-of-the-art classrooms, several conference rooms, a large student common area, a covered outdoor terrace, and numerous offices and administrative spaces round out this modern campus hub.
The construction process took place in the center of Harding’s active campus, requiring precise scheduling and safety measures. Flynco demolished an existing structure and completed the new building within a tight one-year window, just in time for the start of the 2023 Fall Semester. This feat was accomplished through close collaboration with the university and architectural teams, ensuring the project was finished on schedule, within budget, and with exemplary workmanship that exemplifies Flynco’s commitment to quality
